Director/Producer/Writer, How to Survive a Pandemic

David France, a journalist and author, moved into documentaries with How to Survive a Plague (2012), winning Oscar and Emmy nominations and a Peabody Award. His film Welcome to Chechnya (2020) received top awards at 2020 Berlinale, a Peabody Award, a BAFTA, and the Seigenthaler Prize from RFK Human Rights. His latest, How to Survive a Pandemic (2022), premiered at 2022 Thessaloniki Documentary Festival.
