Synopsis 

In the midst of a political and social uncertainty of the early 70’s in Chile, a window was opened for its first gender reassignment surgery to take place. Inspired on a true story, Pink Desert follows the transition of Beto into Marcela’s body, while the country is lead into a coup d’etat and Pinochet’s oppressive dictatorship.
