Synopsis
Based on the life of math genius Srinivasa Ramanujan and Professor G.H. Hardy, who recognized Ramanujan’s brilliance despite the latter’s lack of formal training and education and plucked him from obscurity in Edwardian India.
Bio
Producer Jim Young’s first production was the award-winning documentary Year of the Bull which premiered on Showtime. He has also produced Homecoming, Don McKay, The Words, Lovelace, and Life of a King, which premiered at the LA Film Festival. In 2015, Animus Films wrapped production on the historical drama The Man Who Knew Infinity based on the New York Times-bestseller of the same name by Robert Kanigel. Upcoming films include Cut Throat City and The Catcher Was a Spy.
