Synopsis
Mia, a hearing-impaired Cuban audiologist living in Miami, returns to her hometown of Havana, Cuba to investigate mysterious, sonic attacks taking place at the U.S. Embassy. Mia is joined by Mathilde, a Swedish physicist, and Ulay, and African radio engineer, to covertly determine the source of “Havana Syndrome,” a strange phenomenon that is rapidly incapacitating American diplomats. With the clock ticking and tensions rising between the U.S. and Cuba, Mia must also reconnect with the family she left behind and confront the traumatic events from her past that forced her to leave Havana.
