Courtney A. Smith is a Sundance Fellow, Austin Film Festival Second Round Finalist, and a NYU graduate. Her TV pilot Higher, set against NYC’s great “Race to the Sky,” was awarded an Alfred P. Sloan Development Grant. She’s currently working on Saturdays for Disney and has worked in writer’s departments including Swagger for Apple TV+, Friday Night Lights, The Get Down, and The Blacklist.
